倍他乐克治疗高血压合并劳力型心绞痛的疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 倍他乐克是一种β1-受体阻滞剂,临床可用于高血压及冠心病的治疗,本文旨在通过其治疗高血压合并劳力型心绞痛疗效观察,评价其降压效果及不良反应。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选择在我院门诊诊断为高血压的患者70例。随机分为对照组34例,男19例,女15例;年龄35～74岁。治疗组（倍他乐克组）36例,男20例,女16例;年龄33～72岁。70例中伴发稳定型心绞痛患者45例,初发劳力型心绞痛14例,恶化劳力型心绞痛11例;轻度高血压38例,中度高血压32例,两组轻、
