摘要
目的总结并探讨恶性心律失常患者的急救和护理措施,掌握急救护理及观察要点,提高救治成功率。方法选择并分析因各种器质性心脏病引起的35例恶性心律失常患者的临床抢救资料。监测患者生命体征、掌握用药方法、危险指征及救护、建立静脉通路、心理护理,在抢救期间给予电击除颤或胸外按压。结果 35例恶性心律失常患者经过积极的抢救与护理,20例在24h获得控制,其余15例经过电击除颤及运用药后复苏成功,全部在48h得到控制。结论熟练掌握恶性心律失常的护理及观察要点,密切观察病情变化,熟悉心电图特点,掌握急救仪器的使用方法及抢救程序,提供有效护理是救治成功的关键。
Objective To summarize and explore the malignant arrhythmia in patients with first aid and nursing measures,to grasp first aid nursing care and observation points,improve the treatment success rate.Methods Selection and analysis for various organic heart disease in 35 cases of malignant arrhythmia in patients with clinical data rescue.Through monitoring and life support,master the medication method,risk indications and ambulance,establishment of intravenous access,psychological nursing,in the rescue was given during defibrillation shocks or chest compressions.Results 35 cases of malignant arrhythmia patients after active treatment and nursing of 20 cases of 24h,in control,the remaining 15 cases,after removal of the electric shock defibrillation and applying medicine after successful resuscitation,all in 48h control.Conclusion Skilled malignant arrhythmia nursing care and observation points,close observation of changes in conditions,familiar with the ECG characteristics,grasp first aid method using the apparatus and salvage procedures,to provide effective care and treatment is the key to success.
