摘要
针对农村水利工程建设存在资金短缺、缺乏科学设计和规划,以及运营管理不善等问题,采用BOT模式对其建设体系进行可行性研究,旨在促进农村水利工程的建设,进一步提高其管理与发展模式,为其建设发展提供借签作用。
Considering the shortage of capital and lack of scientific design and planning,poor management and operation,etc.in the rural water conservancy engineering construction,the Build-Operate-Transfer（BOT） mode was adopted to study the feasibility,which aimed to advance rural water conservancy engineering construction,improve management mode and provide reference for the development.
