子宫腺肌病病灶中微血管密度及水通道蛋白1的表达 被引量:4

摘要 目的:检测子宫腺肌病病灶组织中微血管密度(MVD)及水通道蛋白1(AQP1)的表达,探讨AQP1在子宫腺肌病发病机制中的作用。方法:选择行子宫切除或子宫腺肌病腺肌瘤切除的25例患者(子宫腺肌病组)和25例正常子宫内膜(对照组)为研究对象,采用CD34免疫组织化学染色法检测子宫腺肌瘤组织中MVD和Western Blot检测其AQP1相对积分光密度值(OD)进行蛋白定量。结果:子宫腺肌病组腺肌瘤组织中MVD值57.21±14.95个/HP(每高倍视野),明显高于对照组25.07±11.76个/HP,差异有高度统计学意义(t=10.124,P=0.001)。子宫腺肌病组腺肌瘤中AQP1表达强度OD值0.7957±0.2039明显高于对照组OD值0.6629±0.1931,差异有高度统计学意义(t=10.452,P=0.000)。结论:AQP1在子宫腺肌瘤组织中的高表达与其MVD增高相一致,推测AQP1可能参与腺肌瘤中微血管的形成,其高表达可能是子宫腺肌病形成的原因之一。
