摘要
通过构建包含土地要素的索洛增长模型,定量分析土地要素对哈尔滨市经济增长的贡献,进而提出与经济增长相适应的土地利用政策。结果表明引入土地要素后扩展的索洛模型仍然存在平衡增长路径,土地要素对哈尔滨市经济增长的贡献是显著的,为12%,十二五期间,制定一个好的土地政策对保持宏观经济的长期稳定增长至关重要。
Research on land element devoting to economic growth can provide basic land use policy.Through building the solow model including land element and make a quantitative evaluation on the land contribution rate in economic growth,the result shows that the extensional solow model including land element also balanced growth.The land element remarkably devote to economic growth in Harbin,the land contribution rate is twelve percent.In response to this,this paper suggests that during the 12th five-year,we must carry out a good land policy to keep economic long-term stability growth.
