351例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的诱发因素及其临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的:分析外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的诱发因素及其临床意义。方法:对确诊为VVC的351例患者进行诱因调查,并分析其临床意义。结果:VVC的诱因顺位为:机体抵抗力下降154例(43.87%),致念珠菌毒力增强因素114例(32.48%),降低局部防御机制有关因素81例(23.08%),与免疫有关因素2例(0.57%)。结论:外阴阴道假丝酵母病存在多种诱发因素。该调查结果为临床提供了思路清晰的VVC诱因诊断路径,对规范诊治预防该病起到了重要作用。
