摘要
报告1例脓疮性血管炎。患者女,74岁。双下肢反复红斑、脓疱伴瘙痒1年余。既往类风湿关节炎病史7年。皮肤科检查:双下肢对称分布张力性脓疱丘疹。组织病理检查显示表皮疱,疱液中大量中性粒细胞,疱下方真皮可见中性粒细胞浸润和真皮小血管纤维蛋白样变性,符合脓疱血管炎表现。糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂对该病有效,但减药过快、感染均可造成该病复发。
A case of pustular vasculitis is reported. A 74-year-old woman presented with recurrent itching erythemas and pustules for one year. She was diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis 7 years ago. Histopathologieal examination of her skin lesion showed epidermal bulla formation, superficial perivaseular infiltration of neutrophils, which are consistent with the diagnosis of pustular vasculitis.
