摘要
根据贵冶新材料车间铅铋冶炼扩建后的生产实践,介绍了烟气净化处理工艺及生产状况,铅铋复杂物料处理产生的烟气温度较高,有害气态元素多,含尘高,采用两级处理后,烟气进入烟囱,经净化处理后,有害元素含量得到降低,达到国家排放标准。
According to the production practice after Neo -materials PB Bi smelting plant expansion of Guixi Smelter, this paper introduces the flue gas treatment process and production situation of smoke purification. High temperature smoke, high content dust and many harmful gaseous elementals were generated daring PB Bi complex material treatment. The content of harmful elementals was reduced after two stage treatment and purify the exhaust gas enter into chimney, which achieved national emission standard.
