摘要
铜杆表面铜粉对后续加工性能及使用性能具有重要影响,目前国内连铸连轧铜杆生产企业对表面铜粉的控制技术与国外企业相比有一定差距。结合多年生产实践经验,通过对连铸连轧铜杆表面铜粉的形成机理进行研究和分析,总结出了铜杆表面铜粉含量控制的关键环节。研究表明,连铸连轧铜杆表面铜粉的关键控制环节主要是铸坯表面质量控制及轧制、清洗过程的控制。
Copper powder on Copper rod surface has an important impact to subsequent processing performance and functional per- formanee. So far, the rod surface copper powder control technology of the domestic casting and rolling copper rod production enterprises have certain difference compared with foreign enterprises. Combined with years of practical experience in production, based on research and analysis on the continuous casting and rolling of copper rod copper surface formation mechanism, the key control points of copper rod surface copper content were summarized. Research shows the key control points of continuous casting and rolling of copper rod sur- face powders mainly were casting surface quality control and rolling, cleaning process control.
