摘要
试验表明,随淬火温度的提高,该钢淬火后剩余碳化物含量减少,板条马氏体量增加,基体合金固溶量增加,从而使回火硬度提高,但强度和塑性差别不大。当加热至980℃完全奥氏体化淬火后,可获得全部板条马氏体。在200~280℃回火,冲击韧性得到提高,但在350~380℃回火时,却有明显的回火脆性。
The results show that as the hardening temperature is raised,after quenching the amount of unsolved carbide is decreased,the portion oflath martensite is increased,and the solid solubility of matrix alloy elementis increased,leading to the increase of tempering hardness,but the chan-ges in strength and plasticity are small.When it is quench hardened afterfully austenitized at 980℃,the full lath martensite can be obtained andafter it is tempered at 200~280℃,the impact toughness may be raised,butafter tempered at 350~380℃,the temper brittleness would be appeared.
