摘要
对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢制直柄麻花钻进行了不同回火工艺对性能影响的分析。结果表明:①经580℃、560℃两次回火的高速钢,其硬度和韧性与低高温回火的相比,相差不大,但弯曲强度、挠度可提高10~30%,耐用度可提高50~70%;②麻花钻可用两次回火代替低高温三次回火,从而节能。
In this paper different tempering cycles for small fluted twistdrills madeof W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel are compared and analyzed.Res-ults showthat hardness and toughness values of drills double tempered firstat 580℃ and then at 560℃ are similar to that of low-high tempering whilebending strength and flexibility increase by 10~30% and service life by50~70%.Here low-high tempering can be replaced by double tempering forenergy saving.
