摘要
以碳酸二甲酯和水合肼为原料合成了肼基甲酸甲酯,与一系列芳香醛在70℃反应30min得到芳香酰腙化合物,产率为76%~95%,产物由核磁共振谱,红外光谱及质谱表征予以确认。本文所报道方法具有反应条件温和、产量高、产物易纯化的特点。
The titled compounds were synthesized by condesation of aromatic aldehydes with hydrazine methyl carbanate,which was directly synthesized from dimethyl carbonate and hydrazine hydrate,in 70℃ for 30min.Yields of as-synthesized hydrazones achieve to 76%-96%.The products were characterized by using 1H NMR,IR and MS.The as-reported synthetic route exhibits the advantages such as mild conditions,high yield and easy purification.
