摘要
以表面接枝乙烯基的硅胶为载体,加替沙星为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,制备了表面印迹聚合物。分别用红外光谱和扫描电镜对烷基化硅胶和印迹聚合物进行表征,通过静态吸附、Scatchard分析以及Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温模型对聚合物的吸附行为进行分析,并且运用选择性和重现性对印迹聚合物进行评价。结果表明,印迹聚合物存在着两类不同结合位点,吸附过程为多分子层吸附,具有良好的选择性和重现性。
The molecularly imprinted polymers(MIP) based on the surface-modified silica has been synthesized with Gatifloxacin as template molecule,methacrylic acid as functional monomer,ethylene dimethacrylate as crosslinker.The alkylated silica gel and MIP were characterized by FT-IR and SEM,respectively.The adsorption properties were investigated with static adsorption,Scatchard model analysis,Langmiur and Freundlich models.The adsorption behavior of MIP was evaluated by its selective adsorption and reproduction quality.The results showed that there are two types of binding sites on the surface of MIP and its adsorption process was a multi-molecular layer adsorption.Selective adsorption test indicated that the as-prepared MIP exhibited good specific selectivity and excellent reproducibility.
