摘要
研究了活性炭纤维(ACF)对水中低浓度柴油的吸附特性。通过静态吸附试验,考察了吸附时间、温度和pH等因素对吸附速率和吸附行为的影响。结果表明:ACF吸附速度快,35 min去除率达81.5%;在10~30℃范围内吸附温度越高效果越好,10℃吸附1 h时的去除率为91.4%;pH适应范围广,2.7<pH<9.4时去除率均高于92.6%;吸附过程符合Lagrange拟二级动力学模型,R2为0.9999;Freundlich方程对ACF等温吸附的拟合度优于Langmuir方程;由参数RL和n均可判断ACF较易吸附水中的柴油物质。
The adsorption characteristics of low concentration diesel oil in wastewater by activated carbon fiber(ACF) were investigated.In the static adsorption experiment,the effects of adsorption time,temperature,pH values on adsorption rate and adsorption behavior were evaluated.The results showed ACF could quickly adsorb diesel oil from water,with removing 81.5% of pollutants in 35 min.Increasing temperature was favorable for adsorption,when temperature was among 10 ℃ and 30 ℃.And when the adsorption was carried through at 10 ℃,the removal rate of pollutants recached to 91.4% after 1 hour.The ACF could be used in a wide range of pH.The removal rate of diesel oil contaminant was above 92.6%,with pH among 2.7 and 9.4.The second-order kinetic mode of Lagrange could describe the adsorption process of ACF,and the R2 was 0.9999.The Freundlich model fitted the isothermal adsorption process of ACF better than Langmuir model.Judging from the value of RL and n,the ACF could effectively adsorb diesel oil pollutants existed in water.
