摘要
目的:观察穴位埋线治疗肝气郁滞型月经后期的疗效。方法:采用腹部和四肢穴位埋医用羊肠线治疗肝气郁滞型月经后期,并与中药疗法治疗肝气郁滞型月经后期对照观察。结果:两组均能治疗肝气郁滞型月经后期,治疗组总有效率100%,痊愈率98%;对照组总有效率80%,痊愈率26.7%。穴位埋线组痊愈率及总有效率明显高于中药组。结论:运用穴位埋线治疗肝气郁滞型月经后期,能取得非常满意的临床疗效,且费用低,痛苦少,值得在基层推广应用。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding on hepatic stagnation type retarded menstruation.Methods：Adopt acupoint catgut embedding on abdomen and four limbs to treat hepatic stagnation type retarded menstruation,which was compared with another group that was treated by traditional Chinese medicine therapy.Results：Both acupoint catgut embedding and traditional Chinese medicine therapy could treat hepatic stagnation type retarded menstruation.The total effective rate was 100% and the cure rate was 98% in acupoint catgut embedding group;while the total effective rate was 80% and the cure rate was 26.7% in the control group.The two rates in acupoint catgut embedding were obviously higher than those in traditional Chinese medicine therapy.Conclusion：Applying acupoint catgut embedding to treat hepatic stagnation type retarded menstruation can acquire satisfactory clinical effects.And it is worth popularizing because of its low cost and less pain.
