摘要
本文结合西方发达国家票据市场发展的经验 ,作出中国票据市场停留在初级发展阶段的判断 ,并对中国票据市场发展滞后和失衡的原因进行较为深入、系统的剖析 ,在此基础上 ,相应地提出了推动中国票据市场发展的建议。
To a further study of the development experience of developed countries' commercial papers markets,this thesis draws a conclusion that the China's commercial papers market is still in its preliminary development stage.On the basis of this point,the thesis makes a further and more systematic analysis to find the causes behind of these conditions.Then,some suggestions of how to improve the development of China's commercial papers market are given.
