三维个体化定制EH复合人工骨修补颅骨缺损 被引量:4

摘要 目的三维个体化预制医用树脂和羟基磷灰石复合人工骨材料应用于不同部位颅骨缺损患者的颅骨修复和重建。方法本院73例开颅术后颅骨缺损患者,利用计算机三维重建和计算机数控成型技术,将个体化设计成型的医用树脂和羟基磷灰石复合人工骨材料植入颅骨缺损部位进行重建和修复。结果 73例93处不同部位颅骨缺损修复手术,除2例2处因感染再次手术去除骨板外,其余均圆满完成,术后随访总体外观满意,效果良好。结论医用树脂和羟基磷灰石复合人工骨材料个体化修复颅骨缺损,术后成型效果好,未发生排异反应,是目前临床较理想的颅骨成型异体植入物。 Objective To evaluate effects of 3-D individual prefabricated epoxide acrylate maleie and hydroxyapatite (EH) on cranial bone defect in patients with cranial bone defect. Methods The cranial bone defect was repaired by the individual EH compound implants in 73 patients with cranial bone defect due to craniectomy from different disease. Results The repair of 91 cranial bones was completed successfully by the EH implants in 71 patients and 2 implants of 2 patients were removed due to infection. Postoperative following-up showed that the looks of the patients receiving EH implants successfully are satisfactory and repairing effects were good. Condusion 3-D individual prefabricated epoxide acrylate maleic and hydroxyapatite implants were used in repairing cranial defect with good cosmetic result and biocompatibility, which is very ideal alloplastic material for cranioplasty clinically.
