摘要
以马来酸(MaA)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、亲水性长链分子(A-501)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成了硫酸钡阻垢剂。考察了单体质量比、反应温度、反应时间对阻垢效果的影响,结果表明,在A-501/MaA/AMPS单体质量比为8∶1∶10.4,反应温度80℃,反应时间5 h条件下,共聚物阻垢剂对硫酸钡垢的阻垢率可达92%。考察了阻垢剂浓度对阻垢性能的影响,结果表明,在共聚物浓度为128 mg/L时,共聚物阻垢剂对硫酸钡垢的阻垢率达90%以上。电导率法初步探讨了阻垢剂对硫酸钡晶体的影响,结果表明,阻垢剂的加入能延长硫酸钡结晶时的诱导期,对硫酸钡晶核生成有抑制作用。
A scale inhibitor is synthesized by using three monomers including maleic acid ( namely MA) , 2 -acrylamido -2 -methyl propane sulfonic acid( namely AMPS) and hydrophilic long- chain molecule (A - 501 ). The effects of monomer ratio , reaction temperature, and reaction time on scale inhibition rate of copoly- mers are studied. The optimum synthetic conditions are determined as follows: the mass ratio of A -501 to MA to AMPS is 8 : 1 : 10.4 ;reaction temperature is 80℃ ; reaction time is 5 hours. Under the above conditions the scale inhibitor synthesized had the scale inhibiting rate of 92%. And the effect of the dosage of the scale inhibitor on scale inhibition rate of copolymers is discussed. The result indicates that the efficiency reaches 90% while the amount was above 128 mg/L. Scale inhibitor has influence on the rate of crystallization, the effect of which is preliminarily researched by the method of conductivity. The result indicates that scale inhibi- tor has extended the induction period and inhibited the growth of crystal nucleus.
