席夫碱缓蚀剂的复配性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以苯甲醛、乙二胺为原料合成席夫碱,用硫脲、乌洛托品、碘化钾、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)与之进行复配制成缓蚀剂。利用正交试验考察硫脲、乌洛托品、碘化钾、OP-10与席夫碱的质量比对腐蚀速度的影响,采用静态失重法评价了复配缓蚀剂在质量分数为15%的盐酸和土酸中的缓蚀性能,结果表明,当复配缓蚀剂加量为1%时,N80钢片在15%的盐酸中的腐蚀速率为0.089 4 g/(m2.h),在土酸中的腐蚀速率为0.124 1 g/(m2.h)。 With Benzaldehyde and ethylenediamine as raw materials, Schiff base was synthesized. Schiff base synthesized was combined with thiourea, methenamine, potassium iodide, alkylphenol polyethylene oxide ether (OP- 10) to prepare corrosion inhibitor. The influences of mass ratio of thiourea, hexamine, potassium iodide, OP - 10 and Schiff base on the corrosion rate were examined by orthogonal test . The corrosion inhibi- tion performance of composite Schiff base in 15% hydrochloric acid and mud acid was examined by static weight loss method. The result showed the corrosion rates in 15% hydrochloric acid and mud acid were 0.0894 and 0. 1241 g/( m2·h) respectively when the content of composite Schiff base was 1%.
