摘要
针对裂缝性油藏调剖堵水成功率低、堵剂在地层中漏失严重的问题,研制了一种在地面常温条件下进行一次交联成为可流动凝胶,注入地层后进行二次交联形成强凝胶的聚合物堵剂。通过组分用量的筛选,得到了最佳配方:聚合物HPAM(相对分子质量25×106,水解度25%)8 000 mg/L+有机铬100 mg/L+间苯二酚100 mg/L+乌洛托品2 000 mg/L+固定剂200mg/L。该配方在70℃下二次交联后凝胶强度可达到H级。将该配方堵剂1.0 PV注入人造岩心中,在70℃下候凝72 h后的突破压力梯度为37.39 MPa/m,提高采收率4.7%~8.2%。
A polymer profile control system was developed to solve the low success rate of profile control and water shutoff in fractured reservoir and serious leakage of blocking agent in formation, in which the flowing of 25% 8 000 mg/L + organic chromium 100 mg/L + resorcinol 100 mg/L + urotropine 2 000 mg/L + fixative 200 mg/L. The gel strength of the formula could achieve H - class after the second cross - linking at 70℃. Injecting 1.0 PV plugging agent into the artificial cores, the breakthrough pressure gradient was 37.39 MPa/m after cementing for 72 h at 70℃. The enhanced oil recovery was 4.7% - 8.2%.
