摘要
研究了影响ICr18Ni9Ti不锈钢混晶形成的各种因素和混晶对该钢机械性能和工艺性能的影响。结果表明,固溶温度、保温时间、加热速度和预变形量等是影响混晶度的主要因素.混晶度的增加会明显降低材料的塑性和深冲性能,选用适当的工艺参数可显著改善混晶组织和提高性能。
In this paper,a series factors of mixed-grain forming in1Cr18Ni9Ti steel and the influence of mixed-grain on the mechanical andprocess properties Were studied.The results show that solution temperature,holding time,heating rate and predeformed degree are the main factors on thedegree of mixd-grain.With increasing in the degree of mixed-g rain,the plas-ticity and punching behaviour are reduced obviously.Mixed-grain structureand properties of the stainless steel can be greatly improved by treated withsuitable process parameters.
