实现高效科技管理的创新,关键在于创新科技管理模式,通过培训和进修提高科技管理工作人员的管理能力,增强管理服务意识,完善科技管理人员激励及评价机制,同时运用现代化信息手段提高科技管理效率,从而为国家科技创新体系的建设和建设创新型国家提供强有力的科技支撑。
To realize innovative and efficient technology management,the key lies in innovation and technology management model to improve the efficiency of technology management staff management,training and continuing education to enhance awareness of management services,to improve the management staff incentive and evaluation mechanisms,while the use of modern means of information,which provide a strong scientific and technological support for the construction of the national science and technology innovation system and building an innovative country.
