摘要
随着每年大学生源的逐渐减少,高职院校的学生素质正在普遍下降,这给高职院校的学生管理工作带来了挑战,虽然每个院校都制订了学生管理的相关条例,对每个学生都进行量化考核,但真正的效果甚微。针对我国高职院校的学生特点,在日常的班级管理工作中,可以充分利用奖励制度来更好地解决学生的违纪问题。
With the annual Students from the gradual reduction of the quality of vocational colleges students are generally brought challenges to the management of vocational colleges students,although each of the institutions have developed a student management regulations,every student quantitative assessment,but have little real effect.Characteristics of the students for vocational colleges in China,in the day-to-day classroom management,and take full advantage of the reward system to better address the student＇s disciplinary problems.
