摘要
学校文化是学校的精神载体,是教师和学生文化气质的重要体现。学校文化建设是一项系统的工程,是学校建设的核心。学校文化建设关系着教师的发展和学生的发展,也与教育质量息息相关。处在教育阶段的学校,应该从改革教育行政体制,加强课程文化建设,发挥教师、学生主体作用,提炼和提升学校历史文化底蕴等方面不断推动学校文化建设,树立学校文化品牌,使之更好地为教育服务。
