摘要
随着高校校院两级管理模式不断深入,作为学院工作中心枢纽的办公室,承担的工作任务日益繁重,以致管理工作面临着巨大的考验。办公室工作必须适应新形势的要求:一是要有系统的工作思维;二是要提高秘书的专业素质;三是要充分发挥"公关及形象展示的角色"及"协调角色"的作用;四是要建立科学化、信息化、规范化管理模式。
With the deepening of two universities management mode,as the the college work center hub office,the work undertaken by the task is increasingly heavy,so that management faces enormous challenges.Office work must be adapted to the requirements of the new situation:First,have a system of thinking;to improve the professional quality of the secretary;Third,give full play to the role of "the role of public relations and image display" and "co-ordinating role";Fourth,establish a scientific,information technology,standardized management mode.
