摘要
目前中国大学生的创业热情与创业状态存在很大距离。我国大学生创业准备不充分、创业能力欠缺,归根到底在于国内高校创业教育不足。本文从高校可控制的要素着手,研究前瞻性人格、在校经历、创业能力、创业知识、创业态度、创业环境六因素对大学生创业倾向的影响。
Chinese students entrepreneurial enthusiasm and entrepreneurial state there is a great distance.China＇s college students venture inadequate preparation,lack of entrepreneurial ability,in the final analysis,is the lack of domestic enterprise education.Proceed from the colleges and universities can control the elements,study prospectively personality,in-school experience,entrepreneurial ability,business knowledge,entrepreneurial attitudes,entrepreneurial environment six factors of entrepreneurial tendencies of college students.
