摘要
运用层次分析法,结合高校现行的发展党员评定标准并加以完善,建立了一整套公平公正、切实可行的高校发展党员量化评定方法。运用层次分析法对学生的学业表现、学生民意测评、思想政治及组织纪律表现、学生工作及活动参与情况和特殊贡献及获奖情况等五项指标进行了权重求解并进行了一致性检验,该方法及各项指标权重可行。
Using analytic hierarchy process and according to the assessment standards of candidate party members of colleges and universities to establish a set of fair and practical quantitative evaluation method.It used analytic hierarchy process to analyze candidates＇academic performance,democratic opinion,ideology and discipline performance,student work and activities performance,special contributions and awards five indexes,and then solve the weights and test the consistency,this method and weights is feasible.
