摘要
高校学生记者团在高校新闻宣传工作和校园文化建设过程中发挥着日益重要的作用。对学生记者的培养,应以"育人"而非"用人"为出发点和目的,充分发挥他们的主观能动性和潜质,帮助他们树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,拓展他们的视野,挖掘他们的思维深度,提升他们的自信心,为他们未来的人生之路打下良好基础。
College student reporter group plays an increasingly important role in the process of Propaganda of Colleges and construction of campus culture.The cultivation of student reporters,＂educating people＂ rather than ＂employer＂ as the starting point and destination,give full play to their initiative and potential,and help them to establish a correct outlook on the world,life and values,and to expand their horizons and tap their depth of thinking,enhance their self-confidence,and lay a good foundation for their future life.
