并行工程中基于约束的冲突检测研究 被引量:10

摘要 系统地分析了并行产品开发过程中检测冲突的策略 ,提出了以人为核心的非形式化方法和以约束管理工具为核心的形式化方法相结合的检测方法。之后 ,结合约束满足问题的求解技术 ,讨论了进行实时在线冲突检测的理论和方法 ,提出了改进的区间传播算法 ,并结合油泵产品开发过程中的具体设计问题 ,给出了区间传播算法的算例 ,证明该算法用于检测冲突还是非常有效的。最后给出了该方法在“并行工程关键技术研究”项目中的应用。 Conflict detection in concurrent product development process is the basis and key technology of conflict coordination.The strategy of conflict detection in concurrent product development process has been analyzed firstly, then two kinds of detection method have been proposed. The theory and method of online conflict detection have been discussed, and the advanced interval promulgation algorithm has been proposed in detail on the basis of the solution technology of constraint satisfiction problem(CSP). A case has been given in order to show its effectiveness.Finally, the application of this method to a project supported by Shanghai Science and Technology Foundation in concurrent engineering key technology research is given.
