摘要
通过对现场的深入了解和对连铸生产的连续跟踪,提出将雾化喷淋水由二级过滤改为三级过滤并提高过滤精度;雾化空气由支管调节改为总管调节稳压后供气;并将部分碳钢管道改为不锈钢管道,以解决二冷喷嘴堵塞问题。
Based on the deep acquaintance that is gol at the site and the continuous tracing to the casling prodation, the paper puls forwards the solution to the problem on secondary cooling nozzle Clogging： atomized spray water is subject tn three-stage filtering instead of two-stage filtering in order to increase the filtering at：curacy; atomizing air is suppled the pressure has been adjusted stable in the main pipe instead of in branch pipe; and some pipelines incarbon steel is changed to in stainless steel.
