摘要
针对现有扇形板研磨方法效率低、占用天车和浪费劳动力资源等缺点,设计一种扇形板自动研磨工装,通过对该工装的运动分析及运动仿真,证明该机构能够满足研磨时的运动要求,且适用于多种规格的扇形板研磨。
An automatic segment grinding lool is designed to overcome the shortage of the existing segment grinding princess, such as low efficiency and high workload of overhead cranes and workforees. Tile movement analysis and simulation performed on the automatic segment grinding tool prove it can meet the requirement in terms of the movement quired by segment grinding and be suitable to grind segments in many sizes.
