摘要
现场调试发现酸洗线带钢卷取张力无法满足要求,通过对带钢打滑进行研究并利用欧拉公式对张力辊输出张力特性进行分析,确定问题根源,最后找出解决问题的关键因素。
It is found at site during the commissioning of a pickling line the coiling tension on can not reach the value required. Study is preformed on bolh the strip sliding and the tension characteristics of the tension rolls by usiug Euler＇s formula to define the cause and finally find out the key to solve the protlem.
