摘要
针对氯乙烯精馏装置中的高沸塔，在常规控制的基础上，采用ＡＰＣ－Ｈｉｅｃｏｎ预测控制软件包设计多变量预测控制系统。具体介绍氯乙烯精馏过程工艺和特点，多变量预测控制软件包的技术和特点，以及高沸塔单元的控制系统方案和应用结果。
With the high boling column in chlorethene rectification plant as the object, based on the conventional control, a multiple-variable forecast control system is designed by using APC-Hiecon forecast control software package. The process technique and features of chlorethene rectification, the technology and functions of the multiple-varaible forecast control package as well as the strategy of the control system for high boiling column and its application result are introduced concretely.
