摘要
为减少和避免轮胎在使用过程中出现异常损坏,延长轮胎使用寿命,对RTG大车轮胎在日常使用中出现的异常损坏现象加以分析。对轮胎常见异常损坏位置分布进行统计,对异常损坏原因进行分析。提出了在RTG大车轮胎维护过程中的注意事项和延长轮胎使用寿命的方法和措施。
In order to reduce and avoid abnormal damage of tyre during usage, enhance service life of it, the abnormal damage appearance of RTG＇s tyre during daily usage are analyzed. The abnormal damage site of tyre are statisticed and abnormal damage reasons are analyzed. The cautions during maintenace of RTG＇s gantry tyre and methods and measures for prolong service life oftyre are put forward.
