摘要
介绍了密闭输送管道的梭式非能动控制调节系统。分析了该系统在管道破裂保护、管道排气补气、翻越点后液流保护、大落差管段液流保护和特殊环境状况保护等方面的特点。该系统利用流体自身的能量 ,自动控制和调节输送管道的流动状态 ,消除和降低因水击及其他原因引起的压力波动 ,使其达到新的平衡。
The paper introduces shuttle passive control systems in the field of airtight pipeline transportation.The paper analyzes manifold features of the system,such as pipeline cracking protection,exhaust and supply of pipeline gas,hydraulic pressure preserve after turning point,hydraulic pressure preserve of great fall.The system utilizes the own energy of transportation flow,automatically control and adjust the flow state in transportation pipeline,eliminates and decreases the pressure waves causing by water hammer phenomena,etc.,and finally realizes the new balance state.
