分析了进口高温蝶阀在炼油制氢装置中出现外漏的原因。给出了改进后蝶阀密封副的结构设计尺寸和蝶板变形值的计算方法及其在使用要求下对主要部件所作的计算和校核。对蝶阀密封副改进后结构的合理性及其在使用工况下的优越性能作了分析与介绍。
