摘要
后牙种植术区伴有靠近下颌神经管的阻生牙临床病例报道少见。本文报道了1例右下颌区第二前磨牙缺失伴第一磨牙阻生的患者,并结合临床资料和文献资料,对其种植方案及铸造金属基台和聚合瓷的应用效果进行讨论。
Dental implant in posterior area with an impacted tooth near mandibular nerve is rarely seen in clinic. This article reports the patient with a missing second premolar and an impactes first molar in right mandible. Combined with the clinical data and the literature, the treatment plan together with the therapeutic effect of cast metal abutment and polymerization porcelain were discussed.
