顶羽菊提取物对蚜虫和朱砂叶螨的生物活性研究 被引量:11

摘要 顶羽菊(Acroptilon repens(L.)DC.)的杀虫杀螨生物活性研究,国内外迄今未见文献报道。探明顶羽菊提取物的杀虫杀螨活性,可为利用该植物研制新型植物源杀虫杀螨剂提供线索和理论依据。本文采用浸叶(穗)浸虫法和玻片浸渍法研究了顶羽菊提取物对甘蓝蚜(Brevicoryne brassicae L.)等9种蚜虫和朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval)的杀虫杀螨活性。结果表明:顶羽菊乙酸乙酯粗提物之石油醚萃取段对萝卜蚜(Lipaphiserysimi Kaltenbach)、玉米蚜(Rhopalosiphum maidis Fitch)和禾谷缢管蚜(R.padi L.)具有很强的触杀活性,在3.21g.L-1浓度下的校正死亡率分别为96.15%,94.17%和90.74%;对朱砂叶螨也具有很强的触杀活性,在0.96g·L-1浓度下的校正死亡率可达94.81%;对甘蓝蚜、桃蚜(Myzus persicae Sulzer)、棉蚜(Aphis gossypii Glover)、豆蚜(A.craccivora Koch)、麦长管蚜(Sitobion avenae Fabricius)和麦无网长管蚜(Metopolophium dirhodum Walker)无触杀活性。 Biological activities of Acroptilon repens extract against agricultural pests and mites are scarcely reported.In this paper,insecticide and acaricide activities of Acroptilon repens extract against nine kinds of aphids and Tetranychus cinnabarinus were investigated using insect(or mite) body and leaf immersion method as well as slide-dip method.Results showed that petroleum ether fraction from ethyl acetate extract of A.repens had very strong contact toxicity against Lipaphis erysimi,Rhopalosiphum maidis and R.padi,corrected mortality were 96.15%,94.17% and 90.74% respectively when treated concentration was 3.21 g·L-1.The fraction also had very strong contact toxicity against T.cinnabarinus,corrected mortality was 94.81% when treated concentration was 0.96 g·L-1.However,the fraction had no contact toxicity against Brevicoryne brassicae,Myzus persicae,Aphis gossypii,A.craccivora,Sitobion avenae and Metopolophium dirhodum.
