摘要
目的探讨直肠腔内双荷包缝合技术在低(超低)位直肠癌根治术中的合理性及疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年4月至2011年12月采用直肠腔内双荷包缝合行直肠癌根治术的临床资料。结果所有患者术后均无吻合口瘘发生,1例术后出现吻合口狭窄(3.2%),2例出现吻合口出血(6.5%),经保守治疗,恢复正常。排便功能术后24周基本恢复正常。1例出现肿瘤局部复发。结论直肠腔内双荷包缝合应用于低(超低)位直肠癌保肛术是一种安全有效的操作方式。
Objective To evaluate the rationality and results of double purse-string suture for anal reservation in radical resection of low or ultra-low rectal carcinoma. Methods 31 patients who underwent double purse-string suture in colon-anal or colorectal anastomosis at our hospital from Apt 2008 to Dec 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results None of the patients had anastomotic leakage. Anastomotic stricture and anastomotic blooding occurred in 1 patient（3.2% ） and 2 patients（6.5% ） respectively and local recurrence was （3. 2% ）. The defecation function recovered after 24 weeks postoperatively. Conclusions Double purse-string suture is a safe and effective way for anal reservation in radical resection of low or ultra-low rectal carcinoma.
