摘要
培养应用型高级专门人才是地方高等学校的重要使命。为构建应用型人才培养模式,对学术研究与应用研究的特点及关系进行了对比分析,提出应用型人才培养应以掌握知识为基础,以提高能力为核心,以满足需求为目标,以改革创新为动力,在实现目标的过程中创造新的知识。
One of the primary missions of local colleges is to cultivate pro- fessional applied talents of high standard. In order to develop a paradigm for cul- tivating applied talents, the authors conduct a comparative analysis on the char- acteristms of and relationship between academic research and applied research. The authors argue that the cultivation of applied talents should center on the mastery of knowledge as the basis, promotion of capability as the core, meeting needs as the goal, and innovation and reform as the propelling power, while crea- ting new knowledge in the process of reaching goals.
