摘要
本文研究了用水解法处理尼龙管内壁,用戊二醛保护法将肌酐亚胺水解酶固定在尼龙-6管壁上的制备方法,并对酶管反应器的使用性能进行了讨论。
In this paper, creatinine Iminohydrolase was covalently attached onto the surface of nylon tube based on an improved glutaraldehyde-crosslinking method. The experiment results show that the immobilized enzyme reactor gives a linear response to the creatinine concentration over the range of 2—10 mg/dl, and its activity remains unchanged after over 3000 tests.
