摘要
本文对近年来发展起来的超临界流体萃取技术(SFE)和固相微量萃取技术(SPME)在环境样品预处理中的应用进行了介绍,并与传统的样品预处理方法进行了比较,指出了这两种新技术所具有的优势,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Techniques of Supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) and Solid phase microcxlraction(SPME) were introduced in this paper, which were applied to environmental sample pretreatment developed in recent years. The advantages of the new techniques were described on the base of the comparision with the traditional sample pretreatment. And its application prospect was made.
