摘要
本文应用电子探针X射线微区分析技术研究了古白皮松衰老与叶肉细胞中某些矿质营养元素之间的关系,实验结果表明:随着树木的衰老、衰弱,细胞中的营养元素K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Zn的含量明显降低,衰弱树中叶绿体有明显的缺钾特征,特弱树中有Fe的积累。
The relationship between the senescence of old Finus bungeana and some minimal mineral nutritive elements was studied by the electron probe x-ray microanalysis. The results showed that with the senescence and debilitating of the trees, the amount of nutritive elements K,Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn decreased remarkably in cell. The chloroplasts in weak trees had the characteristics of potassium deficiency. Those in the weakest tree had the ferrum accumulation.
