摘要
本文从我国服务贸易出口技术含量角度,通过计量分析结果得出我国服务业发展水平的提高并未显著地带动我国服务贸易出口技术含量的提升。这表明当前我国服务业包括服务贸易的发展主要在知识和技术密集型部门的劳动密集型环节,其规模的扩大带动技术含量升级的空间是极其有限的,人力资本积累对传统服务贸易出口技术含量提升无显著影响,对新型服务贸易领域出口技术含量则具有显著影响。此外,服务业外商直接投资、服务贸易开放度以及货物贸易出口规模均对我国服务贸易出口技术含量提升具有显著积极影响。为更好发挥服务贸易在转变中国外贸发展方式中的作用,不仅要注重"量"的扩张,更应注重"质"的提升。
Development of service trade is usually regarded as one of most important aspects in transforming development pattem of Chinese foreign trade. From the point of technological level of Chinese service export, this paper car- ties out empirical analysis on its determinants. The results show that： expansion of Chinese service industry level does not bring improvement in technological lev- el of Chinese service export, and accumulation of human capital has different im- pact on traditional service export and new service export. In addition, FDI in ser- vice industry, openness of service trade and goods export all have positive im- pacts on evolution of technological level of Chinese service export. When we bring full play of service export in transforming development pattern of Chinese foreign trade, we should not only care about expansion of service export, but al- so put emphasis on improvement of its quality. To reach this, we should carry out correct development strategies based on the acknowledgement of determinants of technological level of Chinese service export.
