绝经期前女性冠心病发病机制研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 传统观念认为绝经期前女性因有雌激素对心血管发挥保护作用而极少可能患冠心病,因而使医生降低了对绝经期前女性冠心病的警惕性。事实上绝经期前女性的冠心病并不罕见,本文结合近年来的研究进展对绝经期前女性冠心病发病机制进行综述。
