基于串口通信的称重配料仪监控系统设计

摘要 采用欧姆龙CP1H型号PLC与三台配料仪进行串口通信,并通过可编程终端实现对三台配料仪统一监控.系统连接简单,人机界面友好,操作简便,而且解决了配料仪存储配方少、更改配方麻烦等缺点,提高了生产效率.实际运行结果表明,系统性能稳定、运行可靠、各项功能均满足生产要求. Omron CP1H -based PLC is communicated with three ingredient instruments, and three ingredient instruments are unified controlled through a programmable terminal. It not only some advantages like easy to connect to the system, friendly interface, easy to operate and so on, also solves the problems that the instrument can' t store too many ingredient recipes and trouble to change the formula, so the system can improve production efficiency. The practical result shows that the performance of system is stable and the operation is reliable . The functions can meet all the pro- duction requirements with good results.
