摘要
我国现行《铁路货物装载加固规则》规定重车重心高度超过2m时必须限速,不能满足目前我国铁路运输需求。小半径曲线是铁路线路中的薄弱环节,制定重车重心限制高度时必须对车辆通过小半径曲线这一运行工况进行深入研究。现以试验为依托,以脱轨系数、轮重减载率和轮轴横向力为判定标准,通过统计分析试验数据,对重车重心限制高度提高后C62BK型货车经过小半径曲线时的安全性进行研究,得出重车重心高度2.4m时,C62BK型货车通过小半径曲线时的安全技术条件。
According to The Regulations on Loading and Securing of Railway Goods prevailing in China, the ve- locity will be limited when the center height of gravity for car loaded exceeds 2 m, which cannot meet the current demands of railway transportation. The sharp curve is an unsubstantial part in the rail. Thus, to reasonably work out the standard of the limited height of gravity center, the deep research of the process of vehicles running must be conducted on sharp curves. Based on the experiment and with the derailment coefficient, rate of wheel load reduction and lateral force of wheel axle as the safety assessment standard, the safety of C62BK-wagon loaded running on sharp curves after raising the limited height of gravity center is studied through statistical analysis of experimental data. At last, the safety technical re quirements of C62BK Wagon, whose gravity center height is 2.4 m, are put forward when running through sharp curves.
