摘要
对于从事电力系统继电保护的相关研究人员来说,如果能在不依赖实际保护装置的情况下进行保护原理的探究和程序的研发,将会降低保护研发的成本,缩短研发周期。IEC61850标准的应用给该问题的解决提供了可能。详细阐述了仿真试验的四个组成部分:通信规约及组网方式,实时操作系统及网卡驱动,RTDS一次系统实时仿真,Matlab/Simulink保护逻辑图形化建模,从而形成了基于IEC61850的不依赖实际保护装置的数字化新型仿真试验平台。最后以110kV线路距离保护为例,验证了该平台的实时性、正确性。
For the researchers in the field of power system protection, how to study the principles and develop the programs without the actual protection devices and at the same time reduce the development cost and shorten the development cost, the application of IEC 61850 standard has brought chances to this question. This paper elaborates on the new platform of four components: communication protocols and networking, real-time operating systems and network card drivers, RTDS real-time simulation, MATLAB/Simulink graphical modeling protection logic, thus forming the new digital simulation platform based on IEC61850 without the actual protection devices. The 110 kV line distance protection is taken for an example, which verifies that the new platform is real-time and correct.
