摘要
总结27例新生儿肠造口术后的临床资料与护理措施。认为对肠造口术后的新生儿实施有效的呼吸道管理、合理的营养支持、细致的造口护理与全面的出院健康指导是提高择期造口还纳术成功的关键。
This paper summarizes the clinical data and postoperative care of 27 newborns receiving enterostomy. Effective airway management,rational nutritional support,proper stoma care and discharge guidance were the key points to improve the success rate of the operation.
