摘要
对给药过程中医护技耦合性差错进行风险管理,具体措施为相对固定医嘱班护士,改进药物查对流程,开展"一周十查"管理方法,针对给药环节建立激励机制,在医嘱开具和处理过程中应用临床路径,加强医嘱系统的识别功能,增加医护技之间的沟通与交流,以及组织培训与考核等,取得了良好的效果。
This paper introduces the risk management of doctor-nurse-pharmacist coupling errors in medication administration. The measures included fixing one person to deal with the doctor＇s orders,improving the drug checking process and starting a project called ＇ten checks every week＇,establishing an incentive mechanism,implementing clinical pathway in the prescription and disposal of the doctor＇s orders,strengthening the recognition functions of medical order system,enhancing the communication between doctor,nurse and pharmacist,strengthening nurse training and examinations.
